The beginning of a new year brings some level of introspection in most people. We look back, think about how we spent the last 365 days, and set goals for the next 365.
When former professional bike racer Bobby Lea looked back, he realized that he spent a lot of time idly scrolling around on a smartphone – time that could have been much better spent actively riding around on a bike. Bobby’s resolution for this year, complete with catchy hashtag, is #MOREBIKELESSPHONE. You can read the full article Bobby wrote for Bicycling here. He makes some awfully good points.
