This is the Cycle Oregon Club Hub.
Whether you’re rolling with a long-standing cycling group, a workplace team, or a handful of close friends you’ve been trying to recruit for years, the Club Hub gives your crew a dedicated home base to kick back, recharge, and celebrate each day’s journey together. It’s a completely free program designed to bring your crew closer at every Cycle Oregon event, from weekends at GRAVEL and Joyride to a week at Rally.

Choose Your Club Hub Experience
We’re offering two levels of perks depending on the size of your group, giving you dedicated space, route recognition, and prime camp amenities.

Reserved Camp Space: A dedicated ~25′ x 30′ footprint reserved just for your group’s setup.

Course Recognition: A custom route sign with your team name placed along the course.

Club Hub Tier 2 | 11–15 Riders (3 Spots Available)

Expanded Camp Base: An expanded ~40′ x 30′ reserved camp footprint.

Walk-In Camp Setup: No heavy lifting required—a 10′ x 10′ Cycle Oregon pop-up tent, custom team banner, and up to 15 camp chairs waiting for you at camp.

Daily Stocked Cooler: A group cooler replenished daily with cold beverages and snacks.

How to Register Your Group

Lock In Your Spot: One group leader registers, names the team, and secures one of the 10 available spots on the registration platform.

Gather Your Crew: Share your custom group link with your friends, family, or riding buddies.

Register: Riders sign up individually under your team name. (Note: All group riders must be registered at least 60 days before the event as Club Hub registration officially closes 60 days prior to event kickoff.)
