Creating and Logging in to Your Account
From your confirmation email click “MANAGE ORDER” or follow this link.
Using the same email address you used to register, log in, or create your events.com account by clicking “Sign Up”
You will receive an email from events.com to Activate Your Account. Follow the instructions and log in.
Once you are logged in, your page will look like this. (If you are registered for multiple events, each event will be listed separately.)
(Make sure you are under the “YOU” tab the the top right and “MY EVENTS” tab at the top left)
Managing Your Account
Click “Manage Event” for the event you wish to manage.
From here, you can view your order details, including all registered riders and purchased products.
To update answers to form questions (address, phone number, meal preference, t-shirt size, etc) click “MANAGER REGISTRATION” then “EDIT INFORMATION.”
Don’t forget to click SAVE when you’re finished.
Purchasing Products and Apparel
To purchase apparel or other products like Tent and Porter, dorm rooms, or parking passes, navigate to your order, then click “ADD OTHER STUFF.”
Add desired products.
Click the “+” button to add quantity, then click ADD TO CART
Enter your payment information and voila!
You will receive an updated confirmation email reflecting your new purchase. You may also view your updated order while logged in to your account by navigating back to your order details. (Click “MY EVENTS” then “MANAGE EVENT”)
Registering for Another Event
Create your events.com account and log in.
In the events.com search bar, search for “Cycle Oregon.”
Select the event you wish to attend and complete the registration form.
(You may also click on the respective “register” button from our website. No need to “LOG IN” when registering for another event, but be sure to use the same email address so your orders will be connected to your account.)
