Strada offers training rides for all ages and abilities to get you the bike skills and conditioning you need to have a great time on your Cycle Oregon ride. All training rides will begin with riders gathering for a chalk talk that covers fitness and cycling issues. Your coaches will then run you through drills and give you specific techniques to work on before you set out on the ride. Once on the ride, coaches will be giving additional instruction, guidance and tips on a group and individual basis.
This isn’t just a ride – it’s an opportunity to learn, so be prepared to work on techniques and ask questions.
